At Seykart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We only provide exchanges within the first 7 days after your delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, refunds or exchanges will no longer be available.

Refunds

  • A refund will only be issued if the product is out of stock. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of your order.

Exchanges

  • We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided you have a complete 360-degree unboxing video from start to finish showing the damage. Without this video, we cannot be held responsible for any courier-related damages.
  • If you need to exchange the item for the same one, please contact us at seytraders@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message to +91 89391 21319 with your order ID, 360-degree video and exchange details.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the goods.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
